The Artist in Residence program is designed for visual artists to showcase their work in a unique space with the inspirational backdrop of Vincent van Gogh. Artists are encouraged to create and cultivate work during their residency around the theme of Vincent van Gogh — all while surrounded by a community of art enthusiasts visiting the Immersive Van Gogh Exhibition, opening June 10 through September 6, 2021 at Pier 36 in New York City. This is a wonderful opportunity for up-and-coming and emerging artists to build connections, create networks, collaborate, and share work with other artists and the general public. The Immersive Van Gogh NYC Artist in Residence program is provided in partnership with the Cherry Orchard Festival Foundation.
